Valerie has been a practising Holistic Therapist since 1999 and an SRT Practitioner since 2004. During the past thirteen years Valerie has been trained in, and received, a range of therapies including Reiki, Colour Light Therapy, Dreamwork, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Tachyon Healing which have all taken her deeper into her journey of healing and personal development.
Valerie says:
The subconscious contains memories of the thousands of past lives in which our soul has chosen to incarnate and of all the traumas, beliefs, conflicts, vows and emotions that we experienced. These memories can cause us to repeat negative patterns for lifetime after lifetime and precisely because they are in the unconscious they can influence and overcome all our positive efforts to move forward. The gift of Spiritual Response Therapy is, I believe, given to us in these more enlightened times to speed up our release from past life negative energies and subconscious blocks and allow us to create more positive and joyous lives, and ultimately a loving and joyful world. For this reason, SRT is my therapy of choice when I begin to work with a client.
Spiritual Re-Structuring
Every cell in the body has a memory and can hold locked-in energies from traumas in past lives and the present life. With the help of muscle-testing and the pendulum, our body wisdom can indicate what needs to be released and our High Self can clear the blockages and bring the body into alignment energetically, without manipulation or side effects. Because the root cause has been cleared, these adjustments can hold.
